The ResQUp is warranted for materials and workmanship by Safe Patient Solutions, LLC, for 1 year following the date of purchase. The product can be returned to Safe Patient Solutions, LLC, for any reason up to thirty (30) days following the date of purchase to obtain a full refund (not including postage and shipping expenses).
An estimated delivery date will be provided after your order is placed. This date may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, and the quantity you order.
Delivery dates noted apply to orders placed by 4:00 pm Arizona time and where credit approval and product availability are confirmed by 4:00 pm on the same business day (Monday – Friday, except Holidays) that the order is placed.
You may return the ResQUp directly to Safe Patient Solutions for any reason up to thirty (30) days from the date of purchase. Please do the following:
- Call customer service at 1-800-973-7787 or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to initiate a return.
- Please state the reason for your return and provide your contact information. Also indicate if you would like one of our staff to contact you personally. Our staff will review the request and provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RA#).
- Once your return is approved, return the box using the carrier you wish (US Mail, UPS, FedEx, etc.). Your Return Authorization Number should appear on the shipping label as follows:

Remember that while the cost of product is refundable, shipping and handling are not. We recommend you insure the package and retain your receipt or tracking number for your records. Safe Patient Solutions, LLC, is not responsible for lost packages. Tax is charged on product sold in Arizona and will be refunded. Canadian residents are charged 7% GST on a subtotal of their orders. This GST is refundable upon return of the order. Late returns, returns without a Return Authorization Number, refused deliveries, return-to-sender and cash-on-deliveries (COD) are not accepted.
